Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with us you agree to our terms & conditions which are included in your confirmation email.
Your appointment is secured with a valid credit or debit card, for certain treatments you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee when reserving your appointment, which will be credited towards your treatment. Cancellations within 48 hours and no shows will incur additional charges. If found unsuitable for treatment this is fully refundable.
A confirmation email will be sent to you upon booking. We will also send you an automated reminder of your appointment details by email and SMS prior to your appointment. Should you have a preference in how we contact you please let us know.
We respectfully ask you to adhere to our 48hr cancellation policy, which you will be advised of both verbally & by email when booking your appointment.
As courtesy to other clients and our therapists, we ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance of your booking by telephone or email if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This enables us to offer your treatment time to another customer, and avoids unnecessary operational costs helping us to keep our prices affordable.
Since we may turn away other clients to hold your reservation, any cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% of the treatment cost being charged automatically to your credit or debit card. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice, and non arrivals will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged to your credit or debit card.
There are no exceptions to this policy. Our clinic operates on an appointment only basis, we often schedule and pay therapists to come in especially for your appointment.
Our cancellation policy applies should you wish to reduce the number of treatment areas or change the treatment you have booked, as time will have been allocated to you for the treatment.
Rarely, we may have to move or cancel an appointment. Should this occur we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.
LATE & EARLY ARRIVALS
Our clinic often operates on an appointment only basis, if you arrive more than 15 minutes earlier than your treatment time, your therapist will be with you shortly as they may be travelling from another location.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to treat you, but your treatment may still be chargeable/voucher forfeit-able. We will make every effort to accommodate your treatment if possible, in this circumstance treatment is at the therapists discretion.
REWARDS & SPECIAL OFFERS
Rewards are only available by referral and have no monetary value. Special offers may only be valid for certain treatment locations, during certain dates, and may not be used in conjunction with each other or shared between customers unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers have a validity of 6 months or 3 months if purchased at a reduced rate. Please contact us for details of our price match system. Terms & conditions will vary. Vouchers are subject to forfeiture if cancellation policy not adhered to. Price match subject to managements agreement.
To ensure the best results, courses of treatments must be completed within 12 weeks of the original appointment. Where the cancellation policy is not adhered to a course session may be forfeited. Course payments are required in advance and are non refundable or transferable.
YOUR RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
We hope that your experience with us will be an enjoyable one, we will try to meet your needs whenever possible. All treatments and consultations are carried out by fully qualified, fully insured therapists.
